Art Bank Submission

I have been working on a number of different things lately, and am learning a LOT!! Local sculptor Gerard Kelly has been helping me out with some of my experiments– we’ve been trying different mold materials and firing cycles for glass, and while I’m learning more about making molds/kiln casting and a bit about carving, Gerard is learning a bit about glass. The result of the past month or so of effort is this piece, Shattered Dreams, that I have submitted to this year’s Provincial Art Procurement Program, or Art Bank.
